James Duncan, a top-level industrial real estate specialist with Kidder Mathews, has been awarded the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. The prestigious SIOR designation recognizes the most knowledgeable, experienced, and ethical professionals in today’s commercial real estate industry.

Duncan is a senior vice president in Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office, and he has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. He is a top producing broker in the firm, having negotiated sales and lease transactions totaling over 12.6 million square feet for a total transaction volume of over $1.6 billion during his career.
