Gene Williams, MAI, CCIM has joined Kidder Mathews’ Silicon Valley office as a senior vice president and co-leader of the data center valuation group in the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services division.
Williams is a veteran appraiser with extensive experience in commercial property appraisal and consulting services in Northern California. He is recognized nationally as an expert in data center valuation and is also qualified to provide expert witness testimony and litigation support.
Williams holds the MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute and has served as the past president of the Northern California Chapter. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Williams was with Cushman & Wakefield in San Jose, California.
