Lionakis Planning Extensive Rehab for New Midtown Office

By mid-2021, Sacramento-based architecture firm Lionakis will have all its local employees under one roof — and in some cases, with a view of that roof.

The firm is planning an extensive redevelopment of the building it’s leased at 2025 19th St. in Midtown Sacramento, just down the block from where it’s been for more than 25 years.
