Northeast Portland Apartment Complex Fetches $12M

The Astoria apartments in Portland’s Rose City Park neighborhood have sold for $12 million following “extensive renovations” in the past decade.

The complex at 1913 NE 73rd Ave. sold to J.E.M.S. Corp., according to commercial real estate firm Kidder Mathews. Kidder Mathews brokers Jordan Carter, Tyler Linn and Clay Newton represented J.E.M.S. Corp. and the seller, West Valley Properties, Inc.
