San Diego’s industrial market finished 2019 stronger than ever, with some commercial real estate brokerages reporting that rental rates have reached an all-time high with demand for industrial space as high as ever going into 2020.
Kidder Mathews, in its fourth quarter industrial report, said that “San Diego not only established a new annual high industrial sales volume but also experienced a record high in average price per square foot.”
