Stan Sidor, a senior vice president and manager for Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services and a shareholder in the firm, has been awarded the prestigious CRE designation by The Counselors of Real Estate. The CRE designation certifies individual professional achievement in the real estate counseling profession, and it acknowledges a member’s status as one of the most trusted professionals in the field of real estate. Achieving the CRE designation demonstrates peer recognition for ethics, experience, expertise, influence, and eminence in real estate related counseling and advisory services.
Sidor has 27 years of experience as a professional commercial real estate appraiser. In addition to the CRE designation, he has earned the MAI designation and the AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is also the 2020 president of the Appraisal Institute, Seattle chapter, and he has served two terms as the president of the Appraiser’s Coalition of Washington (ACOW).
Sidor is qualified as an expert witness for real estate valuation in the state of Washington.
