Patricia Loveall a Seattle Winner in Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards

Patricia Loveall, executive vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews, has been selected as a Seattle winner in Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards.

The Women in Real Estate Awards honor women in commercial real estate who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others in the industry. The award recognizes ten national winners covering the United States and ten leaders each from California, Texas, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Florida, and Seattle. This year there were more than 400 submissions from across the country.

Loveall has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years. She specializes in corporate real estate and distribution and logistics. She is on the Kidder Mathews Board of Directors and is a consistent top producer in the firm. She has been involved in the sale and leasing of more than 20 million square feet of office and industrial space, and land sales totaling over 1,000 acres. Clients she has represented include Weyerhaeuser, PACCAR, Univar USA, and Unisource.

Loveall is the global vice president for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). She has been an SIOR member since 1997 and has served in multiple leadership positions, including president of the Washington Chapter of SIOR, regional director for its Northwest Region of the United States, SIOR Board of Directors as a member-at-large, and trustee and president of the SIOR Foundation. Other organizations she is involved and serves in include Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and she is on the board of directors for the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC).
