As part of Kidder Mathews’ West Coast expansion, it has acquired the assets of Management Consulting Group, Inc. (MCGI), a Sacramento property management firm that has been providing asset, advisory, and property management services in the Sacramento market for more than 15 years. MCGI has a portfolio of 735,000 square feet of office, R&D, industrial, and retail properties and four commercial owners associations.

The acquisition of MCGI fits with the firm’s plan to expand its property management service line on the West Coast.
The MCGI team joining Kidder Mathews is led by senior vice president, Sallie Merker. She has 20 years of property management experience, which includes directing an 8.2 million square foot portfolio comprised of national contracts, national and private investors and developers, REITs and private banking groups.
Merker will lead Kidder Mathews’ Property Management Services in the firm’s Sacramento market. She will be responsible for managing diversified assets, developing and directing the property teams, along with client development and support and overall quality control in service delivery.
