Janet Neman, executive vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews, has been selected as a California winner in Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards.
The Women in Real Estate Awards honor women in commercial real estate who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others in the industry. The award recognizes ten national winners covering the United States and ten leaders each from California, Chicago, Texas, and New York. This year there were more than 400 submissions from across the country.
Neman has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. She specializes in the analysis, marketing, and sales of commercial investment properties. During her career, Neman has sold more than $1.5 billion in assets. She has played a major role in changing the dynamics of the male-dominated commercial real estate industry, and she gives back to both her community and the industry through her volunteerism and mentorship of the next generation of real estate professionals.
Consistently a top-ranking broker, Neman continues to set and exceed performance standards within the commercial real estate industry. Some of her industry awards include Women of Influence Hall of Fame and So-Cal’s Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by the Real Estate Forum, NAR National Commercial Award from the National Association of Realtors, Women of Achievement Award from the Century City Chamber of Commerce, Women of Diversity at the Comerica Bank & the Los Angeles Lakers’ Best of LA Women’s Business Awards, Los Angeles Business Journal’s Broker of the Year: Best Multifamily Sale, and she was awarded finalist at the 2017 Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Summit, celebrating dynamic women in Los Angeles.
