Schnitzer West Eyes Office Project Near SLU

A stone’s throw to South Lake Union, just west of Aurora Avenue North, there’s a pair of old warehouses at the dead end of Sixth Avenue North. They’re addressed at 570-572 Mercer St., though they’re not accessible from that street below. Technically, they’re in Uptown, not SLU.
