Built in 1985, Gaw Capital USA’s Columbia Center located at 701 5th Ave. is the tallest skyscraper in downtown Seattle and one of the tallest on the West Coast. In spring 2018, Gaw completed major renovations in both the retail and public spaces at Columbia Center, including substantial renovations on the first three floors of the retail atrium, several exterior amenity upgrades and additions, and 4th Avenue entrance renovations.
