Disney Expands Into Office Tower It Once Vacated in Sign of Demand

Entertainment giant Walt Disney Co. signed a lease to expand into a tower it vacated only six years ago in the media district of Burbank, California, just blocks from the company’s headquarters as it prepares to launch its streaming channel to compete with Netflix, Amazon and Apple.
