Georgetown Could Get Affordable Units

A development site at 402-416 S. Lucile St. has sold for $3.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Fourth and Lucile LLC, associated with developer Frank Firmani, which acquired the property in 2014 for $950,000. No plans have been filed there since then.
