Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Michael Monempour and Phillip Taggart, have been recognized in the third annual Next Generation Awards by Connect Media.
Connect Media recognized 90 young leaders, under the age of 35, in the commercial real estate industry that stand out due to their talent, drive, and fresh ideas. Ten winners were chosen from the national category and ten were chosen from each of the areas covered by Connect Media’s regional newsletters: California, Chicago, Texas, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Florida, and Seattle. The honor comes from a highly competitive field as nearly 500 submissions were received.
Monempour is a vice president and specializes in apartment investments in Kidder Mathews’ West Los Angeles office. He has been named one of the 10 winners for California.
Taggart is an investment associate and focuses on office product in Kidder Mathews’ Portland office. He has been named one of the 10 winners for the Pacific Northwest.
Next Generation Awards honor young individuals in all sectors of commercial real estate who are already making significant contributions and are likely to be influential in the industry for years to come.
