In this era of global commercial real estate companies gobbling up regional brands, Kidder Mathews not only is still standing, it’s expanding. Kidder has become the West Coast’s largest independent commercial real estate company.

The 50-year-old company has gone from four offices with 65 brokers and $22 million in revenue to a 22-office enterprise with 800 real estate professionals and staff. Projected revenue for 2019 is more than $205 million.
