Nearly five years after paying almost $32 million for 24 acres across the street from Boeing Field, CenterPoint Properties is planning a distribution warehouse for the property.
The project at 8801 E. Marginal Way S., will have around 420,000 square feet of space, William Lu, senior vice president of development, said Thursday. CenterPoint is a national industrial real estate company headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois.
