Investment management advisor, BentallGreenOak, has selected Kidder Mathews to manage a 13 building industrial portfolio consisting of a combined 2,917,000 square feet in Portland, Oregon. Kidder Mathews senior property manager, Tara Platt, will lead the property management team for this portfolio.
The assets are part of the five-building, 2,082,000 square foot Rivergate Corporate Center I-IV at 14005 – 15750 N. Lombard Street and the eight-building, 835,000 square foot Alderwood Corporate Center I-III at 8530 – 8934 N.E. Alderwood Road.

Steven Klein, executive vice president and managing director of Kidder Mathews’ Portland office, and Peter Stalick, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews, have been the leasing agents on the Alderwood and Rivergate II projects for the last 11 years. Klein was involved in the original development back in 1996-1997.
