Earl Wayman Named President of BOMA Pacific Northwest

Earl Wayman, RPA® has been named president of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for the Pacific Northwest Region. The Pacific Northwest region of BOMA incorporates all the BOMA chapters in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. He assumed his term as chapter president on June 23, 2019, and will serve until June 27, 2021.

BOMA is a professional trade association comprised of commercial real estate professionals and service partners. BOMA offers a variety of programs designed to enhance and advance the careers of its members.

Wayman is a vice president and senior property manager with Kidder Mathews. He has over 17 years of commercial property management experience.

Wayman is an active member of the BOMA Seattle-King County chapter and has served on the executive board, as the BOMA chairman in 2012 and 2013, and chairman of the education committee. In recognition of his service to BOMA, he was honored as the Proprietary Member of the Year in 2004, he received the Excellence in Leadership award in 2009 and 2011, and he received the President’s Award in 2016.
