On the Block: Sound Transit Wants Affordable Housing at Angle Lake Station

How would you like to live near the airport? No, really. Think about it: Sound Transit owns surplus land at Angle Lake Station (at 19955 28th Ave. S.), which is only one stop and four minutes south of SeaTac/Airport Station. It makes perfect sense. And you don’t have to work at the airport to appreciate the convenience: about 42 minutes to downtown Seattle. One day, possibly in 2030, you’ll even be able to take light rail to Tacoma.
