Jessica Gies named IREM 2019 President-Elect

Jessica Gies, CPM®, CCIM has been named president-elect for the Oregon Columbia River Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She will assume the role of chapter president in 2020.

Gies is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews and leads the firm’s property management services in Portland, Oregon. She has over 20 years of property management experience and has managed over 7 million square feet throughout her career.

Gies has been an IREM member since 2001, and she earned her CPM® designation in 2004. She has served for three years on the IREM Forecast Breakfast committee. She is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
