Drew Hicks, CPM® has been named president-elect for the Western Washington Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and he will assume the role of chapter president in 2020.
Hicks is a vice president and senior property manager at Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office. He has over 15 years of commercial property management experience.
Hicks is an active member of IREM and has served for many years on IREM’s Executive Committee as vice president of finance, scholarship chairman, education conference coordinator, and outreach chairman.
