A biotech and office complex at 21501 23rd Drive S.E. in Bothell has sold for $22.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.
The buyer was AGC Biologics Inc., the current tenant in the three-building complex. It officially made Bothell its world headquarters last summer; it also owns another property nearby at 22021 20th Ave. S.E.
