CapPlus Technologies Buys Manufacturing Facility at Spectrum Ridge Business Park

CapPlus Technologies, a leader in providing innovative production and packaging solutions for softgel caps, capsules, and tablets, has purchased a state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility within the Spectrum Ridge Business Park for $2,925,000 or $142.27 per square foot. The seller was United Heating and Cooling, a full-service HVAC service firm based out of Kansas City. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Mike Ciosek, Eric Bell, and Dylan Scott, represented both parties in the transaction.

The +20,559 square foot manufacturing and light distribution facility is situated on a +1.35-acre yard at 905 East Salter Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. It is located in the highly sought-after Deer Valley submarket which is currently experiencing low inventory and rising prices.
