Burrard pays $9M for LIHI offices in Belltown, with plans for 120 units

As planned, the Low Income Housing Institute has sold its Belltown headquarters building, at 2407 First Ave.

The buyers are two entities related to Burrard Group of Vancouver, B.C. They paid $8.75 million for two sites.
