Farmers Insurance Exchange has signed a 7-year lease for a 17,351 square foot flex/industrial building located at 21105 North 8th Way in Phoenix, Arizona. The building is part of Spectrum Ridge Flex, Phase II development. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Mike Ciosek, Eric Bell, and Dylan Scott, represented Spectrum Ridge CAN Flex, LLP in the transaction.
Many companies are finding Phoenix, and specifically Deer Valley, to be a premium choice to set up their operations. Farmers decided on this location over many other options because it was best suited to accommodate their over 400 employees in the area.
“We are pleased to have a company like Farmers Insurance choose this location for their claims training center,” said Ciosek, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews. “We understand this operation is moving from their California location and will work in concert with their regional offices, that are also located in the Deer Valley submarket,” he said.
