Best-in-class industrial park in Woodinville, WA sells for $47,194,000

The Park at Woodinville, a five-building, Class A industrial park, located at 14103 NE 200th Street in Woodinville, Washington, has sold in an off-market purchase for $47,194,000 ($197 per square foot). The local buyer, Park Row LLC, was represented in the transaction by Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Todd Gauthier and Jason Bloom. The seller was KBS, a private equity real estate company based in Newport Beach, California.

The 239,607 square foot warehouse and light manufacturing infill project is one of the Eastside’s best-in-class industrial assets. It offers amenities including a cafe/deli, loading docks, and outdoor patios, as well as nearby shopping, dining, and wine tasting. It is close to SR-522 and 2.5 miles from I-405, one of the region’s primary transportation corridors.
