Tup Tim Thai site sells for $4M to SRM

The Tup Tim Thai restaurant site, at 118 W. Mercer St. , has sold for $3.75 million, according to King County records.

The seller was RMJ Holdings LLC, associated with SeaLevel Properties, which acquired the property in 2017 for just under $2 million.
