Southcenter site sells for new Element hotel

Almost 3.5 acres of vacant land at 345-515 Industry Dr. in Tukwila have sold for $6.2 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Tukwila Hotel Group LLC, associated with BlackRidge Companies of Bozeman, Montana, which is planning a five-story, 177-room Element hotel.
