An office building at 8244 122nd Ave. N.E. in Kirkland has sold for $6.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was TD2 LLC, which acquired the property in 2010 for $2.5 million. That LLC is associated with Dunkin & Bush, a commercial painting and coating business, which appears to be a tenant.

The buyer was LMJ Enterprises LP, which is associated with the Johnson family. Public records indicate a loan from Coastal Community Bank.

Todd Gauthier and Jason Bloom of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. The deal was worth about $519 per square foot.
