A real estate development firm that’s acquired and developed more than 32 million square feet of industrial projects around the country has made its first acquisition in Portland – and has big plans ahead.
Bridge Development Partners, which has offices in Chicago, Seattle, California and on the East Coast, has acquired a 35-acre property at 775 N.E. Columbia Blvd. The property had been a landfill that’s been “rehabilitated,” according to a release.
