Koreatown is Booming

MWest Holdings acquired the 168-unit luxury asset from CIM Group, which had owned it for more than five years, shortly after it underwent a $25.5 million redevelopment.

Located at 3460 W. 7th St., the building was constructed in 1965 and underwent a $25.5 million redevelopment in 2013, shortly before CIM Group acquired it in August 2013.
