A select number of individuals are chosen for this honor, and the women named this year join only 25 others who have been inducted since the Hall of Fame was launched in 2013.
Inductees to the Women of Influence Hall of Fame are standout professionals, honored for their accomplishments and the respect they have earned in the commercial real estate industry. In addition to their professional success, they devote time to volunteering and mentoring, and they serve as role models to other women in the field.
Neman has been in the commercial real estate industry for 30 years. She specializes in the analysis, marketing, and sales of commercial investment properties. During her career, Neman has sold more than $1.5 billion in assets. She is consistently a top-ranking broker and has received industry awards including So-Cal’s Most Powerful Women in Commercial Real Estate by the Real Estate Forum, NAR National Commercial Award from the National Association of Realtors, Women of Achievement award from the Century City Chamber of Commerce, Women of Diversity at the Comerica Bank & the Los Angeles Lakers’ Best of LA Women’s Business Award, and she was awarded finalist at the 2017 Los Angeles Business Journal Women’s Summit, celebrating dynamic women in Los Angeles.
