If you lease office space, expect your rent to climb in 2019

By now the Puget Sound region’s surging office market was expected to have cooled down. Instead, it is heating up.

That’s great news for landlords but not tenants since rents – already at record levels – are forecast to continue rising, and not insignificantly.
