GE Healthcare Building in Issaquah sells for $15,700,000

Seattle, Wash. (October 1, 2018) – GE Healthcare Building, a 53,555 square-foot, two-story office and technology production facility, located at 1040 12th Avenue NW in Issaquah, Washington has sold for $15,700,000. The seller, Redstone Group, one of British Columbia’s largest private commercial real estate companies, was represented in the transaction by Kidder Mathews commercial real estate broker, Andy Miller. The property was purchased by Lytle Enterprises, a senior housing investment and development company, based out of Bellevue, Washington. Lytle Enterprises was represented in the transaction by Joe Lynch, also with Kidder Mathews.

The building is situated on 4.05 acres in the heart of Issaquah’s central core. It is occupied by a single long-term tenant. Recently the property has been up-zoned, making it an ideal site for future redevelopment opportunities.
