Selig Offers Windermere Building Details, After Paying $44M for Site

Using LLCs, Martin Selig Real Estate paid the Jacobi family $44 million this week for the Commuter Building block, at 815 Western Ave.

The deal, recorded Tuesday, was worth about $1,349 per square foot for the land. Ross Klinger and Dave Speers of Kidder Mathews brokered the off-market transaction.
