Sacramento, Calif. (September 10, 2018) – Commercial real estate brokerage team, Jim Gray and Nahz Anvary, have joined Kidder Mathews and both have been named senior vice presidents in the firm. Based in the Sacramento office, the team will focus on office and investment properties.
Gray is a veteran and top producing broker with over 38 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Gray has been active in commercial real estate brokerage, development, banking, and healthcare governance throughout Northern California. He holds the CCIM designation and is LEED AP certified. Gray is a graduate of the University of California at Davis.
Anvary has been honored by the San Francisco Business Times as a Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence Rising Star, and she has been named one of Sacramento’s 40 Under 40 by the Sacramento Business Journal. Anvary holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and also holds the CCIM designation. In 2017, Gray and Anvary were recognized by CoStar as Power Brokers in the office category in the Sacramento region.
