Los Angeles, Calif. (August 13, 2018) – Kids Empire, a children’s indoor playground, has signed a 10-year lease of 10,685 square feet at 5060 East Montclair Plaza Lane in Montclair, California. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate broker, Stephan Ktorza, represented Kids Empire in the transaction.
“National landlords of retail space are looking for entertainment-based tenants to bring more visitors to their shopping centers,” said Ktorza, a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews.
This is the third location in California for Kids Empire, and it is part of a 20-park expansion plan.
