Canadian Residential Developer Buys Shovel-Ready Tower Project in Seattle

Real estate company HB Management is selling a two-tower residential development project in Seattle for $60 million, HB co-founder Ed Hewson said Tuesday.

Hewson said his Seattle company will remain part of the 42-story project at 2300 Sixth Ave., where Antioch University operated until moving last year to a new building nearby.
