LYNNWOOD – The Collins Junction apartments, at 4727 200th St. S.W. in Lynnwood, have sold for $37.7 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The Kidder Mathews team of Giovanni Napoli, Philip Assouad and Ryan Dinius brokered the sale and provided transaction details. The transaction was worth about $224,702 per unit.

The seller was an LLC associated with Grosvenor USA Limited, which acquired the property in 2016 for $27 million.

The buyer was an LLC related to Coast Equity Partners of Everett.

Developed on a little over six acres in 1969, the 24 two-story buildings have 168 units. Collins Junction is across the street from Lynnwood Transit Center and future light rail station, which is scheduled to open in 2023.

In March, Grosvenor and partner Mosaic Homes sold the 239-unit West Ridge Park in Delridge for $72 million.
