Irvine, Calif. (June 28, 2018) – Veteran broker, Jim Auther, has joined Kidder Mathews Orange County office as a senior vice president, where he will specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties.
Auther has 42 years of experience in retail commercial brokerage and development. He has represented development groups such as Lewis Retail Centers, The Irvine Company and Vestar Development. He has been involved in over 100 store transactions for clients including Olive Garden, Burger King, Red Robin and Shakey’s Pizza. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors in Irvine.
