Urban Visions Sells Tower Site Near Pike Place to an Apparent Condo Developer

A high-rise development site across the street from Pike Place Market has sold for $32.5 million, and the plan seems to be a condominium project.

A limited liability corporation called 1516 2nd Condominiums bought the Chromer Building property from Urban Visions, according to a deed that King County recorded June 5.
