SEATTLE – An LLC associated with Nitze-Stagen has paid almost $4 million for a property at 6272-6286 Ellis Ave. S. in Georgetown.

The seller was an LLC related to Bowman Morton Manufacturing & Machine, which acquired the property between 2004 and 2007 for about $1.8 million.

The buyer was P&P Georgetown LLC, which is governed by Peter Nitze.

Thad Mallory and Evan Lugar of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. The property had been listed for about three months, at $4.5 million.

The three midblock parcels total about 32,173 square feet, with a house and a 50-year-old, 18,000-square-foot industrial building, according to KM.

The property is zoned for commercial uses up to 40 feet. No new plans have been filed.

Bowman-Morton calls itself the “Northwest’s most experienced manufacturer of custom building connectors.” It shares the block with Charles Smith Wines Jet City, to the east.
