Cini K. Apostol has been named SVP of operations for Kidder Mathews‘ Property Management Services in the Southern California and Southwest regions, based in Irvine, California. In this new role, Apostol will integrate new team members, assignments, and clients into the Kidder Mathews platform, ensuring quality control in service delivery.
Apostol is a CPM®, RPA®, and CCIM, and has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Her background includes fourteen years as a Kidder Mathews‘ market leader in Portland. Her contributions have been instrumental in the best practices and platform development that are the foundation of the firm’s property-management services.
Apostol is a former board member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, she chaired the BOMA Education Committee for four years, chaired the IREM Forecast Breakfast for two years, and, in 2013, received IREM’s Board Member of the Year award.
