Kidder Mathews and Goldenland Investment brought to market two adjacent office buildings located at 1015 Clay St. (pictured) and 561 11th St. in Oakland, CA. The two buildings total 22,000 square feet of office/retail creative space, with high ceilings and rental upside potential.

The assets are located in downtown Oakland’s historic Old Oakland district, directly across from the Marriott City Center hotel and convention center, and next to Shorenstein’s 555 City Center and 601 City Center office high-rises.

“This is a rare opportunity for an investor or owner-user to capitalize on Oakland’s ranking as the tightest office market in the nation,” said Kidder MathewsJeffrey Hutchins, who along with David Wientjes of Kidder Mathews and Judy Chu of Goldenland Investments are serving as exclusive agents for the undisclosed seller.
