San Diego, Calif. (May 14, 2018) – A 19-unit University Heights apartment building, located at 4560 Florida Street in San Diego, California, has sold for $5,255,000. The building was previously owned
by the Kathryn Hattox Trust. Kidder Mathews’ multifamily brokers, Eric Comer, Jim Neil, and Merrick Matricardi represented the buyer, George Mazis of the Mazis Family Trust. The seller was represented by Jim Scott of Scott & Quinn Real Estate.
The apartment building, built in 1970, is a mix of 13 two-bedroom and six one-bedroom units.
The property will be managed by Altas Management Group, a local apartment management company.
