Dermody starts two Woodinville warehouses

Dermody Properties has broken ground on two industrial buildings – totaling 409,500 square feet – off Highway 522, at 7720 W. Bostian Road near Woodinville.

Dermody says the project, LogistiCenter at Woodinville, will be finished in the fourth quarter of this year. The 275,500-square-foot Building A and 134,000-square-foot Building B will have 32-foot clear heights and are divisible to 30,000 square feet.

Together they will have 92 dock doors, eight grade-level doors and 489 car parking stalls.

“LogistiCenter at Woodinville is consistent with our strategy of developing modern logistics buildings in land-constrained markets,” said Dermody President Douglas Kiersey Jr. in a news release. “The market fundamentals in Seattle are very attractive.”

Pennon Construction is the general contractor and Craft Architects is the designer.

Roger Thorn and Brian Adams of Kidder Mathews are marketing the space. Both buildings are available. Rates were not disclosed.

Phillip Wood is Dermody’s Northwest Region partner.

Dermody is a national real estate investment, development and management company specializing in acquisition and development of logistics real estate. It has invested in more than 2.5 million square feet of new development and acquisitions in the Pacific Northwest in the past four years.
