Dermody Properties has broken ground on LogistiCenter at Woodinville, an industrial park in Seattle‘s submarket of Woodinville, Wash.

Designed by Craft Architects, the park will comprise two buildings at 7720 W. Bostian Road. Building A will feature 275,500 square feet and Building B will encompass 134,000 square feet. Both properties will offer 92 dock doors, 32-foot clear heights, eight grade-level doors and 489 car parking spaces. LogistiCenter at Woodinville is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2018. The industrial park is located within close proximity to Highway 522 and Interstate 405.

“This project showcases our team’s skill in developing flexible, modern facilities that meet the needs of our customers and enhance their distribution capabilities,” said Phillip Wood, partner of Dermody Properties’ Northwest Region, in a prepared statement. “Dermody Properties has invested in more than 2.5 million square feet of new development and acquisitions in the Pacific Northwest in the past four years, and we are pleased to add LogistiCenter – at Woodinville to our portfolio.”

Kidder Mathews is marketing the property on behalf of Dermody and Pennon Construction is serving as the general contractor.
