Sacramento, Calif. (April 23, 2018) – Commercial real estate veteran, John Austin, has joined Kidder Mathews’ Roseville office where he has been named a senior vice president. Austin specializes in retail brokerage, including tenant representation, leasing, development, and investments throughout Northern California and the Central Valley.
Austin has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 33 years, during which time he has negotiated over 800 transactions. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was with Core Commercial and before that he was with CBRE, where he was awarded the National Retail Corporate Service Award for his work as the national accounts manager for Kmart. His current tenant representation clients include Jo-Ann Fabrics, Sport Chalet, Fantastic Sams, Gentle Dental, McDonald’s and ARCO.
