BOTHELL – A small older office building at 19110 Bothell Way N.E. has sold for $3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Lait Bothell LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for $2.25 million.
The buyer was Bothell RE Venture, which is associated with a residential address in Woodinville.
Brokers were not announced.
Developed on 37,307 square feet of land in 1987, the two-story Romero Professional Building has 9,744 square feet. Current tenants include several medical service providers. It’s about 91 percent occupied, according to leasing agent Kidder Mathews.
The building is just north of downtown and Highway 522.
