Summit Pointe is located at 10641 Scripps Summit Court in San Diego, California. It is owned by Newport National Corporation, a local commercial real estate developer. Kidder Mathews commercial real estate broker David Crabb, along with Don Mitchell of Cresa, represented TrellisWare in the transaction.
